What is Notary Public?

In Hong Kong, a Notary Public is an officer appointed by the Hong Kong High Court to serve the public by preparing, and providing authentication and execution of documents for use and acceptance overseas (except Mainland China) under his signature and official seal.

The signature and official seal of the Notaries Public in Hong Kong are widely recognized internationally.

What services are provided by our Notary Public?

Services of our Notary Public include:-

? Notarization of or witness to Power of Attorney, property sale and purchase document, trust deed, contract  

? Certify true copy documents e.g. passport, birth and death certificates, divorce order, academic and professional qualification certificates

? Authenticate documents and document translations for immigration, studies or work overseas, marriage, adoption, estate administration and succession or law suits abroad, ship’s protest  

? Authenticate company and commercial documents for international transactions or setting up business overseas  

? Notarization of or witness to documents for insurance claim and pension payments

? Administer oaths and affirmations, take affidavits e.g. affidavit for marital status, and statutory declarations  

? Arrange for apostille of documents at the Hong Kong High Court  

? Other notarization matters upon request and in accordance with international practice
