R-Fee schedules for formation of Labuan companies and other fees associated with it

Incorporation of a Labuan company US$2750.00 which can issue up to a maximum of 13,000 no par value shares. This includes; 

a)

Professional incorporation fee, pre-incorporation work, post incorporation structuring, deed, certificate, etc.

Reservation of name fee payable to LFSA, initial authorised capital fee and other government’s miscellaneous fee ofapproximately US$400.00 payable to LFSA

Opening of RM and US$ bank accounts with Bank in KL. This includes; 

i) application for Letter of Information from LFSA, 

ii) certification of all corporate documents, 

iii)arranging meeting and signing of documents with bank officer,

iv)follow up including obtaining of account numbers and where applicable depositing initial deposit on your behalf.

Higher fee may apply where the bank a/c is not with the above. 

Note: This service is deemed completes as soon as bank account/s numbers have obtained by you. Due to banker-customer relationship, as soon as bank a/c is opened, we are restrained from contacting the bank on your behalf.

Application for employment pass per applicant: This includes; 

i) completion of all immigration forms, offer letter, income tax form and review of business plan and other supporting

ii) submission to LFSA and follow up, 

iii) submission to Immigration Department, of Labuan Branch and follow up, 

iv) and if application is successful, taking you from Labuan airport and accompanying you to Labuan Immigration Office. 

Note: The above fee does not include levy that has to be paid personally by applicant and in cash when presenting his or her passport to Immigration Department in Labuan. The fee ranges from RM650.00 to RM1150 for a two-year employment pass. 

This service is deemed completes as soon as your passport is endorsed with employment pass.

i) completion of all immigration forms and other supporting document, 

ii) submission to LFSA and follow up, 

iii) submission to Immigration Department, of Labuan Branch and follow up, 

iv) and if application is successful, taking you from Labuan airport and accompanying you to Labuan Immigration Office. 

Note: The above fee does not include levy that has to be paid personally by dependant and in cash when presenting his or her passport to Immigration Department in Labuan. The fee ranges from RM350-850 for a two-year dependant pass.
