How to proceed with forming your Labuan company?

In order to proceed please follow the following steps;

①　Please complete, as much as you can and in soft copy the following forms;

i) Company Formation Questionnaire,

ii) Customer Business Profile, and

iii) Declaration by directors, etc

Take note, in the Declaration, there is a column for referees and please fill this in.

Please read the attached Notes on Completion of Forms and Certification of Documents

②　Then e-mail the forms to info@hkcrs.com and cc to fly1818@hotmail.com , in soft copy, 

together with;

1) Colour scanned of your passport copy and

2) Colour scanned of your proof of residential address.

Proof of residential address may be in the form of utility bill, telephone bill, credit card, debit card or bank statement. If you do not have any of these, please send what even you have for checking by our compliance officer if it is acceptable or not.

If these are received in order and all the information given is complete then;

③　We will e-mail you company formation documents to be printed and signed. 

These documents are;

i) Form 24 Consent to Act as Director Form

ii) Memorandum of Association signing page, and

iii) Articles of Association signing page

Please sign them.

④　You then have your passport copy verified.

How to verify ID documents?: Passport copy may be verified by either 1) lawyer, 2) accountant, 3) banker, 4) notary public or 5) company secretary, or 6) any private or public officer who is qualified to certify or verify documents. If you have met anyone of us, you do not need to verify your passport. Please read the Notes on Completion of Forms and Certification of Documents.

When you have the above;

⑤　You then bring in person or courier the following documents to our KL or Labuan office

 (as the case may be);

i) Completed Company formation questionnaire which has been originally initial and signed,

ii) Completed Customer business profile which has been originally initialed and signed,

iii) Completed Declaration by Director, etc, which has been originally initialed and signed,

iv) Original or certified proof of address,

v) Certified passport copy

vi) Form 24 Consent to Act as Director

vii) Memorandum of Association signing pages (4 copies), and

viii) Articles of Association signing pages (4 copies)

Please use the attached Company Formation Checklist before sending the hard copy documents.

⑥　At the same time our Labuan office will e-mail an invoice for the services requested.

⑦  We will only proceed with incorporation of your Labuan company upon receipt of full payment 

and originally signed documents described in Step 5) above.

⑧　Upon receiving your payment and complete documents, we will reserve your company name. 

Reservation of name takes only 1 day and incorporation normally takes 1-2 days. Once your company is incorporated, we will e-mail a scanned copy of your company’s certificate of incorporation. By this time your company is operative.

⑨　Please allow at least 2 weeks before we could send complete Corporate Kit to you. Unless 

different collection or delivery arrangement is made, your Corporate Kit will be sent to the address you give in the Company Formation Questionnaire. When sending over sea, only well-known international couriers like DHL, FedEx or TNT are used.

The Corporate Kit contains, among others the following;

i) Original certificate of incorporation,

ii) Original M&A,

iii) Minutes/resolutions,

iv) Share certificate/s

v) Member, director, secretary registers,

vi) Common seal, and

vii) Rubber stamp
